A Study on Maintenance of Human Embryo Kidney Cell Culture

Abstract
|
|
|
In this paper the results of basic studies of maintenance (storage) of human embryo kidney cell cultures are described
The results are as follows.
1) The maintenance periods of human embryo kidney cells cultures (38 cases) were about 2 months.
2) After 24hrs storage of kidney (in P. B. S.) in refrigerator, (5°C) the growths of human embryo kidney cells were possible.
3) After 6 hrs exposure of human embryo kidney cells to room temperature, the growths of human embryo kidney cells were possible.
4) After 6 months storage of human embryo kidney cell (in Lactalbumin hydrolysate tris buffer media containsing 20% glycerine) in deep freezer, (?70°C) the growths of human embryo kidney cells were possible.
